16 Apr THE BUSH’S
The Bush’s became foster parents because they wanted to be able to love, pray, and simply be there for families during a trying and difficult time. Going into their first placement, they weren’t sure what to expect, and even more so with two elementary age sisters when they have no children of our own. But with their foster children they were able to care for them and their family by working together towards healing and reunification. They worked to build a relationship with the girls and their parents, so that through it all, when they were able to be together again, they would be a stronger family unit. While it hurt the Bush’s to tell the girls goodbye and not have their smiling faces in their home, they were so happy to see them back with their family, in a stronger and healthier environment.
