01 Jun Piedmont Fayette Hospital supports Bloom Foster Children through “Casual for a Cause”
For the month of June, Piedmont Fayette Hospital selected Bloom to be the recipient of their “Casual for a Cause” program to support Bloom’s programs for foster youth. Each month, Piedmont Fayette Hospital employees purchase Casual for a Cause stickers, which allows them to wear work-appropriate jeans on Fridays. Through this program, Piedmont Fayette is able to support non-profit organizations in the community and the important work they do every day.
“The Casual for a Cause program at Piedmont Fayette Hospital allows our staff to support a dozen incredible organizations and local non-profits each year by purchasing stickers that allow them to wear jeans on Fridays,” comments Michael Boylan, Piedmont Communications Specialist. “Our purpose at Piedmont is to make a positive difference in every life we touch, and our goal for Casual for a Cause is to help organizations with a similar mission. Bloom has done an amazing job since its inception to help children and their families and we are proud to support them as they continue to change the face of foster care”.
Piedmont Fayette Hospital improves the lives of many people in our community everyday, and we are so appreciative of them continuing to support Bloom’s programs for foster youth!
