- In our Team Bloom Foster Parenting Program, we recruit, train, support and oversee families who take in basic level foster children, foster children who are medically fragile or have significant psychiatric issues as well as pregnant or parenting foster teen girls.
- At The Bloom Closet, we provide free clothing and essentials to foster kids in a fun, boutique-like setting. Last year, at the Bloom Closet, we served over 2,000 foster children from 60 Georgia counties! Foster parents drive for miles to get to The Bloom Closet because it is such a unique service and is so desperately needed.
- Our third program, Bloom University, equips foster parents with the training and skills they need to parent traumatized children. At Bloom U, we provide foster parents with regular monthly classes that give them the knowledge and skills they need to address the complex issues that so many foster children face. Bloom U provides a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed training classes to help foster families succeed in reshaping the youth’s lives. Bloom U is a valuable resource for foster parents to gain knowledge in managing a range of issues including but not limited to caring for medically fragile children, ADHD, aggressive behaviors, and anxiety/ depression.
